2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Are returned without the original packaging where the packaging is necessary to verify the condition of the product.
  • Are reported after the applicable return period.

4. Refunds

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, where applicable. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may request the necessary bank or payment details to process an approved refund.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is required because the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, Ninety4 will determine the appropriate return-shipping arrangement on a case-by-case basis.

6. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing an order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
